Jump To Comment: 1 2Seems the 'Hibernians' are living up to the wintry snore implied in the Roman designation. But then it was Rome that hypnotised them into the somnambulance. They're all happily dreaming of summer when the market returns to 'normality', in the afterlife.
Americans are well ahead of the green game.
