Peadar O'Ceallaigh, Fís Nua for Dublin West By Election
dublin | elections / politics | press release Monday October 24, 2011 01:38 by Pat Kavanagh - Fís Nua info at fisnua dot com
Vote No 1!
As you may recall at the last General Election, the Registrar would not allow Fís Nua candidates to stand as a party because we were four days shy of registration, even though we had submitted all our paperwork prior to Christmas (the holidays ate into our application process).
I am glad to report that this time we will be standing our first 'official' candidate, Peadar O'Ceallaigh. Peadar is a qualified building surveyor, specialising in disability access and conservation, and is currently a full-time student undertaking an MSc in Sustainable Development.
Fís Nua is not funded by corporate donations, so all of our candidates have, to date, funded all of their own campaigns. As a student, Peadars resources are limited, so I hope you won't mind if I ask you here to read about Peadar and all of Fís Nua's policies, and if you like what you read, please pass it on, especially to any voters you might know in the Dublin West Constituency Area.
Queries are welcome, and can be addressed to Peadar at mailto:email@example.com, or find him on Facebook.
Fís Nua Team.
