Ireland sons involved in Freudian pub horror deal

Caitlin Ni Houlichan taken for a ride

A new image from Hartigans bar on All-Ireland day 1995 has emerged depicting an apparently innocent scene of a trio enjoying a chat. Innocent that is until the lady is identified as none other than Mother Ireland herself and the chat in question was about how much she cost!
moriartyx.jpg

It turns out that far from offering to purchase a drink for the lady, the gentlemen were agreeing a price for the lady herself!

Unwitting onlookers, unaware of the identity of the woman, apperared to view the scene as a simple transaction. "I didn't know it was Mother Ireland" one local told an Indymedia reporter. "They were treating her like any oul' whore. If I knew it was her I might have said something".

Disgusting
On the day in question though, nobody did say anything and Mother Ireland was spotted leaving with the pink shirted gentleman while the fellow in purple paid for their drinks from money found under his hat.

Pressed for comment, one punter who wished to remain anonymous remarked: "Ah, sure of course it's the oldest trade known to man, but they were her own sons! That's just disgusting!"
Media Control
A spokesperson for the shirted gentlemen is believed to have said "these gentlemen have never willingly participated in any metaphor or allegory and are more than happy to prevent further artistic interpretations of credible investigations by prohibitively expensive litigation and careful media control".

Gardai believe that the lady is residing at present somewhere in mainland Europe on semi-related business and will be there for some time.
