British guilty of disguised anti-Semitism, says Zio-Nazi minister - http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/middleeast/is....html
Robert Tait, Telegraph, May 22 2013
JERUSALEM – In frank comments on the eve of a visit to the Holy Land (sic – RB) by British Foreign Secretary William Hague, Israel’s intelligence and strategic affairs minister Yuval Steinitz suggested to the Daily Telegraph that there were growing British “animosities” towards his country, taking the form of hostile media coverage, “incitement” and boycott campaigns, and intimated that a less friendly attitude may be being reflected in official Britsh policy. He also issued a warning to Hague and other Western statesman against lecturing Israel about Jewish settlement building in the West Bank, which the Foreign Secretary has repeatedly condemned. Asked if Britain was still a “friend of Israel”, Steinitz replied:
It’s difficult to say. Traditionally we had good relations with Britain and currently we have good intelligence cooperation with Britain and it’s very successful. We are concerned about the relations, about what we see as some animosities, some incitement in Britain, in the media, made by NGOs against Israel. I hope we will be able to use the visit to improve relations. I didn’t hear that Professor Hawking, or other British academics who are so easily boycotting Israel, are boycotting other Middle East countries, or if they have reservations about the US invading Iraq, they so easily boycott US universities.
So some Israelis feel that there is some kind of double standards. The fact that Israel is treated differently, the fact that some people can say so easily, let’s do something against Israel, let’s boycott Israel, let’s boycott Israeli products, this is some kind of disguised anti-Semitism. In past times people said that they are against the Jews. Now, especially after the Holocaust, nobody says that they are against the Jews, but people are against the Jewish state.
There should not be much difference between people in the US, Canada, Britain and Australia: the same language, very similar cultures. And still in the US, Canada, in Australia, in opinion polls most citizens support Israel with a very warm feeling. In Britain it is much less. When you think that all four are Anglo-Saxon democracies, why should people in the US, Australia or Canada have different relations to or appreciations of the minuscule Jewish state than the people of Britain?
Just recently there was a very general poll in the US. The support for Israel in the US was stronger than ever. I’m not confident that this is the case with Britain as well. Not every kind of criticism is anti-Semitism. I didn’t say that any criticism of Israel was anti-Semitic or unfair even. If somebody has some criticism of Israel, this is one thing. The same person can also have some criticism of his own country. But if somebody is following criticism of Israel and becoming anti-Israeli, saying, I’m ready to cooperate with Israel’s enemies, or boycott Israel or Israelis or Israeli academia or Israeli institutions, this is something different. I think those allegations about the settlements are fundamentally wrong. To come to Israel and say, why are you doing this and this, this is totally wrong.
[Zio-Nazis] STILL destroying Palestinian homes in East Jerusalem - http://maannews.net/eng/ViewDetails.aspx?ID=597708
Ma’an - 21/05/2013
JERUSALEM – Israeli forces demolished two homes in the Jabal al-Mukabbir neighborhood of East Jerusalem on Tuesday, having earlier destroyed two Palestinian homes in al-Tur.
Witnesses said that a large Israeli police force surrounded the buildings in Jabal al-Mukabbir and closed off the area before demolishing the buildings.
One building belonged to the Abu al-Dabaat family and consisted of three floors housing four families. The second building was home to the al-Qaq family and housed three people.

HEBRON – Settlers assaulted a 16-year-old handicapped boy in Yatta on Tuesday, leaving him with bruising all over his body, official news agency Wafa reported.
Mohammad Shawaheen, 16, was attacked east of Yatta by settlers from Maon. He was taken to hospital for treatment
Last week, settlers from Maon torched two dunams of wheat fields in the south Hebron hills, which villagers managed to prevent from spreading to nearby land and homes.
Israeli forces rarely prosecute settlers for violence against Palestinians and their property, which is routine in the occupied West Bank.

Al-Akhbar | May 21, 2013
Israeli troops shot and seriously wounded a 12-year-old Palestinian boy who was walking with his friends in the occupied West Bank on Tuesday, Palestinian security and medical officials told AFP.
They said that Atta Mohammed Sharadeh was hit during one of what have become almost daily attacks against Palestinian youths by Israeli soldiers outside the Jelazoun refugee camp, near Ramallah. The camp is close to the illegal Jewish settlement of Beit El.
The officials said that he was hit in the chest by a live bullet which exited through his back and was in critical condition in a Ramallah hospital.
Witnesses told Palestinian news agency Ma’an that the boy was walking with school friends when Israeli forces opened fire at the group.
An army spokeswoman said that troops opened fire at a protester about to throw a petrol bomb as dozens of rioters hurled rocks at them.
The boy was transferred to the Palestine Medical Complex in Ramallah for surgery.

Kafr Qalil, Occupied Palestine – The Israeli army invaded seven family homes in the village of Kafr Qalil, south of Nablus, between 1am and 2am on May 20th. They trashed the properties and people’s possessions and stayed in them for several hours apiece. Lastly, they arrested a university student, Saleh al-Amer, 22.
Instead of just ringing the bell, they obliterated the homes’ heavy metal doors, creating fear and manifesting uncertainty for the innocent residents.
Occupants were given no reason for the destruction of their property despite repeatedly asking for one.
Israel renews administrative detention of 11 Palestinians
http://www.middleeastmonitor.com/news/middle-east/6075-...nians
MEMO | May 21, 2013
Al-Tadamun human rights organisation said on Tuesday that the Israeli occupation has renewed the administrative detention of 11 Palestinians, including a former hunger striker and two Palestinian lawmakers.
The administrative detention order against Samer al-Barq, 39, from Jayous village in Qalqilya was renewed for six months. Al-Barq went on a hunger strike in April 2012 for 120 days. On November 23, 2012, he ended his hunger strike after he was promised he would be released and deported to Egypt.
With the renewal of the order against al-Barq’s, Al-Tadamun advocate, Osama Maqboul, accused the Israeli occupation of breaching pledges of release and deportation. Others whose administrative detention orders have been renewed include members of the Palestinian Legislative Council, Mahmoud al-Ramahi and Basim al-Za’areer. Both were detained at November, 2012.
The Israeli occupation renewed the administrative detention of another eight Palestinians from various cities and villages across the occupied West Bank. Many Palestinian prisoners have recently gone on hunger strike in protest against administrative detention which is a military detention order issued on no apparent basis.
Meanwhile, the Palestinian prisoner from Gaza, Ashraf al-Sabbah, announced the beginning of his hunger strike in protest at the poor health conditions he must endure as a result of the Israeli prison services’ refusal to give him proper medication.
Tommy with your great work. Take good care, thanks for posting that beautiful video.

Vice President of Barcelona FC; Javier Faus pays a secretive visit to Bil'in on account of a strong protest in Bil'in in which 11 Barcelona soccer jerseys were torched, on razor wire at the Apartheid Wall, in disgust at the club's forthcoming exhibition game in Israel. Here he is on a walkabout at the Wall with Emad Burnat of 5 Broken Cameras fame and his Barcelona wearing jersey sons . His purpose for the visit is still unclear, but let's hope it's positive and not a cynical PR exercise.?.

Latest from Tommy. You can't keep him down, hes's an inspiration.
Mustafa Abu Rahmah milk's his sheep in the fields, boils it up and when it's cool we drink it all. In such moments, life in Bil'in is very sweet indeed, a way of life that's close to the earth and which has vanished in Ireland. I'll miss Bil'in very much when I have to return home.
