In the scarcely believable trainwreck that is Sandie Peggie vs NHS Fife the NHS is clearly in the wrong: a male doctor has no right to use the women's changing room. So why is the NHS spending taxpayer money fighting on?

"My neighbour's heat pump is so noisy we can't sleep and the doctor says it is making my mum's disability worse." Relaxed rules on installations are making residents' lives a misery.

The asylum courts have gone, to use the technical term, nuts, says legal expert Dr David McGrogan. The real problem is human rights 'law' which, properly speaking, is not law at all, but raw judicial whim.

Guantanamo Granny tries to arrest Judge

On Wednesday 11th December, In Ennis District court. I, Margaretta D'Arcy attempted to make a citizen arrest on Patrick Durcan the presiding judge, on the grounds; that I did interfere with the proper use of Shannon Airport. That made him complicit in supporting the criminal acts at Shannon airport. He has ignored the following; Shannon airport is not a proper airport. It has violated the integrity of the Irish constitution article 28 and 29 also the charter of fundamental rights recognised by the European Union and European court of human rights. It puts the security of the U.S. war machines above the security of its civilian passengers. His suspended sentence reveals where his concerns are so long as I observe crimes that are going on in Shannon from the outside I don’t go to jail but if I try and stop war crimes inside the airport I will be locked up for three months.

I assert that the security and safety of passengers is the total responsibility of the airport and the fact that we were on the runway proved that Shannon is not a proper airport and the protection of the US military is more important than the safety of the passengers.

This is the statement I began reading before the Gardai seized it out of my hand.

STATEMENT ENNIS COURT 11TH DECEMBER 2013
by Margaretta D’Arcy

I am making a citizens arrest on you Patrick Durcan, district court Ennis; for making Irish people active allies and participants in illegal wars.

Ireland is breaching the legal definition of neutrality as described by the Hague convention and subsequent international law on neutrality.

The Nuremberg principal states; complicity in the commission of a crime against peace,
a war crime or a crime against humanity is a crime against international law.

Complicit in U.S. military passing through Shannon airport
Complicit in U.S. transportation of military hardware and drones.
Complicit in U.S. rendition flights. .
Complicit in U.S. assassination as legitimate forms
Complicit in U.S. bugging of E.U. offices in the U.S. and in Europe.
The U.S. has contravened the international law of justice and morality.
Obama thanked the Irish Government for it’s support of Shannon
making Ireland U.S. allies, and making us complicit; desensitizing us and making normal what is abhorrent. Our constitution has been violated; humiliated; our neutrality undermined.

Ireland should stand up for international justice and morality. Arguments for keeping Shannon open for the military are obscene; we are perpetuating the ideology of blood money. It is desensitizing our people to reality of war crimes.

The parliament of artists; Aosdana voted NO to the use of Shannon as a military airport. In the ancient Irish legend; the poet Sweeney was struck with madness when he supported war. That madness is still with us and that spell has to be broken. Violence and war lead only to death.

It is my duty as a member of Aosdana, paid by the tax payer to maintain the integrity and aspirations of international justice and morality as stated in the constitution. My integrity as an artist would be violated if I did not directly confront the improper use of Shannon airport.

All praise to you for your brave actions. Exposure like this is vital in a world now dominated by snivelling sociopaths whose only interest is the plutocrats they represent.

Well done.

great statement Margaretta. They don't seem to like the truth in Irish courtrooms, do they?
