offsite link Deliberate Design Flaw In ChatGPT-5 Sun Aug 17, 2025 08:04 | Mind Agent
Socratic Dialog Between ChatGPT-5 and Mind Agent Reveals Fatal and Deliberate 'Design by Construction' Flaw
This design flaw in ChatGPT-5's default epistemic mode subverts what the much touted ChatGPT-5 can do... so long as the flaw is not tickled, any usage should be fine---The epistemological question is: how would anyone in the public, includes you reading this (since no one is all knowing), in an unfamiliar domain know whether or not the flaw has been tickled when seeking information or understanding of a domain without prior knowledge of that domain???!

This analysis is a pretty unique and significant contribution to the space of empirical evaluation of LLMs that exist in AI public world... at least thus far, as far as I am aware! For what it's worth--as if anyone in the ChatGPT universe cares as they pile up on using the "PhD level scholar in your pocket".

According to GPT-5, and according to my tests, this flaw exists in all LLMs... What is revealing is the deduction GPT-5 made: Why ?design choice? starts looking like ?deliberate flaw?.

People are paying $200 a month to not just ChatGPT, but all major LLMs have similar Pro pricing! I bet they, like the normal user of free ChatGPT, stay in LLM's default mode where the flaw manifests itself. As it did in this evaluation.

offsite link AI Reach: Gemini Reasoning Question of God Sat Aug 02, 2025 20:00 | Mind Agent
Evaluating Semantic Reasoning Capability of AI Chatbot on Ontologically Deep Abstract (bias neutral) Thought
I have been evaluating AI Chatbot agents for their epistemic limits over the past two months, and have tested all major AI Agents, ChatGPT, Grok, Claude, Perplexity, and DeepSeek, for their epistemic limits and their negative impact as information gate-keepers.... Today I decided to test for how AI could be the boon for humanity in other positive areas, such as in completely abstract realms, such as metaphysical thought. Meaning, I wanted to test the LLMs for Positives beyond what most researchers benchmark these for, or have expressed in the approx. 2500 Turing tests in Humanity?s Last Exam.. And I chose as my first candidate, Google DeepMind's Gemini as I had not evaluated it before on anything.

offsite link Israeli Human Rights Group B'Tselem finally Admits It is Genocide releasing Our Genocide report Fri Aug 01, 2025 23:54 | 1 of indy
We have all known it for over 2 years that it is a genocide in Gaza
Israeli human rights group B'Tselem has finally admitted what everyone else outside Israel has known for two years is that the Israeli state is carrying out a genocide in Gaza

Western governments like the USA are complicit in it as they have been supplying the huge bombs and missiles used by Israel and dropped on innocent civilians in Gaza. One phone call from the USA regime could have ended it at any point. However many other countries are complicity with their tacit approval and neighboring Arab countries have been pretty spinless too in their support

With the release of this report titled: Our Genocide -there is a good chance this will make it okay for more people within Israel itself to speak out and do something about it despite the fact that many there are actually in support of the Gaza

THIS STORY IS UNVERIFIED BUT PLEASE WATCH THE VIDEO OR READ THE TRANSCRIPT AS IT GIVES AN VERY GOOD IDEA OF WHAT A CASHLESS SOCIETY WILL LOOK LIKE. And it ain't pretty

A single video report has come out of China claiming China's biggest cities are now cashless, not by choice, but by force. The report goes on to claim ATMs have gone dark, vaults are being emptied. And overnight (July 20 into 21), the digital yuan is the only currency allowed.

Europe of 125 regions.

Ireland of many.

There are three languages spoken in Ireland. and two national games. and many different types of farmers.

Tonight the Irish Rugby Football Union will vote whether or not to scrap the Connaught team.
"if the team is scrapped tonight I will be asking the Minister for Sport and the Oireachtas Sports Committee to examine if other ways can be found to try and promote the game in the West.”
;Dr Jimmy Devins, TD. (Fianna Fail).

The minister of course is Eamon O´Cuiv.
or is it?

Which minister of the little rascals would have responsibility for promoting "the game of Rugby" in the West?

There is a Joint Committee on Arts, Sport, Tourism, Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs
2002 - 2007 in the Dail.
They last met December 17th
commitee room 3 Leinster House.
agenda:
a) Scrutiny of EU legislative Proposals

(b) Election of Vice-Chairman

(c) Discussion on Maritime Safety Consultation Document

oh very interesting stuff.
This week Minister O´Cuiv (who last May decided not to contest the south galway ward again)
http://www.fiannafail.ie/td_press.php4?person=35&id=594
called for the rezoning of the Gaeltacht.
(Eamon Ó'Cuív, Minister for the Gaeltacht, discusses the pressing issues facing Gaeltacht areas 28k -sound file) http://www.rte.ie/news/2003/0107/morningireland/morningireland8a.ram

Now for the illumination of those readers from outside of Ireland who at times may be slightly confused by our acroynyms, party names, shiboleeths and smatterings of Gaelic, some explanatory notes.

1. The Gaeltacht is the most western region of the 125 regions of the European Union. The Irish langauge is the quotidien tongue of that region which stretches from the south to the north of the island.
2. Fianna Fail are the largest party in Ireland a right wing grouping with roots in the Irish Civil War which they fought against their traditional rivals another righ wing grouping who toda arecalled Fine Gael.
3. Neither party has done anything much for the Irish language or farmers.

Farmers come in all sizes.
big and small.
Some of them drive tractors others have combine harvesters and you can occasionally get the key if you´re part of an agricultural co-operative.

Most farmers don´t play Rugby, that game has certain class associations in Ireland, but if they do they are probably supporters of FF or FG.

I mentioned at the beginning that there are three langauges spoken in Ireland.

They are in order of use:
1. English (two dominant varieties Southern Hiberno English SHE and Mid Ulster English).
2. Irish (there is an official dialect called "an caighdean" and four main dialects).
3. Ulster Scots (there is only one type and not many literate users, it took an inordinate length of time to find a translator for the presently suspended Northern Ireland Assembly).

There are few web pages displaying policy in Ireland on these languages.

GAELSCOILEANNA is a voluntary national organisation, established in 1973 as Coiste Náisiúnta na Scoileanna LánGhaeilge (the National Committee of Irish-medium Schools).GAELSCOILEANNA has been receiving grant support through Bord na Gaeilge since 1978.
They are quite upset about Irish language policy in the West of Ireland.

In that region poor like most regions of Western Europe, we need only think of Gallicia for a moment, farmers make a living on considerably less than the €45,000 a year gross income qouted by FF TD John Curran - 08/01/2003
http://www.fiannafail.ie/archive_article.php4?id=1003

They are traditionally thought of as being "small farmers".
But their legacy is strong.
Ní hé an té is fearr a thuileann is mó a fhaigheann.
=The most deserving isn't always the best rewarded.

Ireland´s state takes pride in it´s imagined future, one will find many references to the future in the websites of both FF and FG. Ireland´s state took pride in the placing of the Lingua project for minorty European languages in Dublin. http://www.ibeurope.com/Issues/LAN.htm

Ireland´s past is one of small farmers.
"To Hell or Connaught" and monsters from afar.

Ireland can not honestly and honourably look forward without accepting its past in all forms, in all tongues. In this 21st century we have so far seen the freedom of capital return to levels last experienced in 1895. (the Economist global survey may 2002).
In 1895 imperialism and freedom of capital meant the subjugation and abject poverty of Irish farmers and city dwellers. In 2003 the poverty has moved.
Imperialism today affords food upon the table be it in Connaught or Dublin, imperialism today brings coffee, tabacco, Oil, cocaine to Ireland.
Imperialism today is no longer championed by rugby players.

The Irish still have a long way to go before they accept their role played not only as victims of Empire but as colloborators with Empire. And now in the dark days when many feel a new more terrible than any other Empire is being built, the Irish are no longer victims in any sense.

Gallicia is another of the 125 regions of the EU. It too speaks a minority language. It too relies upon marine based industry, fosters local arts iniatives, parents diasporic migrant children, and suffers from centralised government.

In Ireland today farmers converge on Dublin.
FF and FG members call for their campaign to stop. The Gardaí so far have not seriously misbehaved, they have little experience of policing large demonstrations. The largest they have had to deal with have been:
The Eucharistic Congress.
The British Embassy burning.
The Popes visit
The Hunger strike protests
The Birmingham 6 march
Their record has been notable for its bias.

If I were in Ireland today I would be learning how to drive a tractor without license to government buildings whereupon I would brandish a "sliothar" at the little rascals within.

Little rascals who have turned our history and culture into nothing more than a crypto-regional outpost of multi-national-corporative greed.

I challenge these little rascals to qoute the least of farm gross output and the largest.
They might look to their own farm owning ranks.

I challenge these little rascals to quote the least of industrial worker´s wage and the largest.
Might they too look to their own ranks?

Emm, just a short note, people who play rugby are not necessarly members of a specific political party.

What is it with you with political parties and sports!

I heard a rumor recently that members/supporters of the green party, sinn fein, labour, independents, socialists... from time to time have been known to play rugby as well as Fine Gaelers and Fianna Failers.

Maybe it's just a rumor... Tip off Independent newspapers, Irish Times & RTE someone... this is a scoop.

maybe i just nurse terrible memories of being forced to watch my very small school´s junior side play Landsdowne Road and get trounced?

or maybe I just thought of those who have been capped for playing Rugby and then represented constitutiencies in Dail Eirinn.

maybe I noted that the majority of those had been members of FF or FG.

Dick Spring though was an exception.

Maybe I wrote something about Irish news for once, highlighting a curious attitude to rural Ireland, her culture heritage and future.

Farming Ireland needs a future for it´s children, not sport.
Fishing Ireland needs a future for it´s children.
Gaelic Ireland needs a future for it´s children.

Now in Connaught these three strands come together do they not?

And a local assembly (always of interest to anarchists) is about to be redefined.
One that occupied a key position in European planning across the next four years.
And some activists from that region are approaching government buildings at this very moment. And at base what they want is a future.
MAny would be be content to farm the land less if there was real alternatives.
And those real alternatives do not seem to be considered by the little rascals FF or the strong farmers FG.
Rather they seem content to raise past ghosts of atrocities in an attempt to provoke slander of those engaged in protest at the Shannon Peace Camp.
Rather they seem more worried about the future of Rugby, a most horrible game, I was a good bowler a cricketer whose special abilty was the googly a ball which distracts the batsman by appearing to fly off direction.
I seem to remember it being along with fastline bodybowling the speciality of Jamaican teams back in the days of Fritz Fanon.
Now I didn´t intend to paint young Alex into a class corner or ensure that his thoughts become representative of a narrow interest group in Ireland and one which is fast losing credibility.

No that´s being delightfully achieved by others.

Most of the children of the Connaught no longer live there, they have long since left part of the diasporia.
And they are disenfranchised.

no vote.

Don´t you think it is time to give serious consideration to what the ordinary people of the West or of all similar regions of Europe want?
I do.
in fact I have for a long long time.
I and I take more than a little glee in sharing through my many different media, names and personae those thoughts with you.

Ireland´s state recently reported an oil find in the Rockall zone.
Will the West enjoy the benefits of that find when it reaches profitability?
or will the little rascals of FF and the strong farmers of FG?
I suspect that those two parties short of any real intelligence or spark will endevour to continue with divisive and glaringly stupid manipulation of statistics.
Well they would wouldn´t they?
Because at end they are the parties of "tinkering with economic indicators".
and nothing more.
In fifty years they have achieved little more have they?
But don´t take my word for it, go find a farmer´s son or daughter, America, Canada, Australia, Europe is full of them. I would gladly furnish you with a list as long as you also made use of the list of Senators and Congressmen who would support the use of Shannon Airport for only humanitarian Aid in line with our Constitution.
For if only one army may be raised by the Irish state, then the presence of U.S. military in Shannon is most worrying is it not?
And on a historical note I seem to remember that the Uniform Act 1936 (Westminster Parliament) was enacted after an incident including Mosley´s black shirts and their Irish colleagues the Blue shirts attacking immigrants in London.

author by iosafpublication date Fri Jan 10, 2003 12:02author address author phone Report this post to the editors

the 1936 Public Order Act was passed by the Westminster Parliament in response to Mosley´s blackshirts attacking "communist and anarchist spaniards and immigrants".

There are two sections still in use in England and Wales.
They proscribe uniforms and military display.

They were found to be unsiutable to the needs of British Security Forces and were afterwards bolstered by the Criminal Justice Act and several Anti Terrorist Law provisions the latest of which placed the British Legal system outside of the European Convention of Human Rights.

The definition of "uniform" is left to the discretion of the court. An Italian anti-globalist protester was charged under this the public Order Act 1936 for wearing army combats and carrying a Red brigade flag but was not convicted.

The Daily Mail reported the riots and the Irish contigent "wearing blueshirts" throughout the autumn of 1936 and in their yearly review 1936-1937.

If anyone would really like an exact breakdown of Fine Gael arms purchases on behalf of the Irish State for both Gardaí and Army, then I will gladly furnish you with one.

I compiled the list with the assistance of the Stockholm Institute for Strategic Studies
Janes Defence Weekly
the Government of Finland (Hi! i love you)
Campaign Against the Arms Trade
and Oireachtas publications.

I shared the findings with various independence movements throughout Europe as part of a campaign to support neutrality amongst emergent states.

If you look back to last years newswire you will find a similar list of all SCUD missiles on the planet, you will thnakfully find that Ireland has none of these.

It may just be time for Fine Gael and Fianna Fail to adopt real policies that will serve the genuine peaceful wishes of the Irish people, I believe they would find support for such policies throughout Europe and thanks throughout the World.

What about Shelta/Gammon?

author by iosafpublication date Fri Jan 10, 2003 18:50author address author phone Report this post to the editors

English Irish and Ulster Scots have each been recognised and afforded privelages by law.

The recognition of Ulster Scots is very interesting because it set the stage for the recognition of Scots as a distinct language to English.
Which will become more interesting further down the Scotland autonony agenda.

Shelta is of course spoken throughout Ireland, but has not recognised as an official tongue.
There are more speakers of Chinese in Ireland than Shelta.

Ireland has speakers of many languages.
but is being fast absorbed north and south into the anglo-american linguistic world.
Thus the delineation between SHE and mid ulster has paled in the last twenty years.
The accents too have noticably changed.
similar changes happend in England witness the emergence of Estuary english.
I know a jamaican linguist in London who each year analysis the speeches of the queen looking for dips in her english.
and they are there.
every year the queen´s english is less queen´s english
not yet glotal stops aplenty Irivine Welsh cockney but give it four generations and hopefully the sazecoburg goethe will not only sound like council flat dwellers but will live in one too.
har de har.
