I remember telling you last year to stay away from computers they fry the brain. It always begins like this. You get a knock then you seek to justify your rôle in the Irish corruption story yet refuse to accept any advice on other ways of working. You really aren´t a teamplayer are you William?
Then within a few days its the cut and paste of the unanswered letters on the newswire.
well fluffy cat person, they don´t answer emails.
They get so many of them that they are not opened.
And if you CC them to everyone in the yellow/golden pages it really doesn´t help.

I remember last year when i used humour you with well done William have a lie down comments, I asked you put your stuff on the backburner and wait for others to judge it upon its merits.
Then you got upset becuase your website wouldn´t work properly. oh well, that´d be the computers frying your brain. I remember pointing out to you that serious, yes serious work was being done on Irish corruption issues as regards African aid and development, and I hinted to you that you were getting in the way.

On the 30th of January William Finnerty had a normal day just as any other he put his work into the envelope and recieved the number LX 6549 4238 3GB.

Brusseles is along way thought he.
But the Royal Mail is safe, to be trusted.
He had held a postal account for ages with them and they had never let him down. He thought to go share his day´s good deed with those friendly people on the newswire. The letter went through the sorting office. Application of code. intermediate certifacate essay probably punishment 1000words on how does a letter get to its recipient. Yes indeed where is LX 6549 4238 3GB? Has is made its way onto the P&O packet steamer across the channel. The last frontier between those French monsters? Is it in Belgium yet? will the french have a look at it too?
What are the Belgians like? is the address in the right language? what if a walloon postman gets it and he´s a rabid nationalist? what if it was accidently contaminated with state milled anthrax by some al qaeda mole in the sorting office back in England? what if? what if?
William Finnerty though is a man of sterner stuff.
He had no doubt that LX 6549 4238 3GB would reach the European Parliament. Vindication was at last in sight. Yes they had laughed yes they had tautned him through the years but now it would all be better. If the letter arrived it would be ok. Now he felt stronger. Dear Sir/Madam,

I am experiencing major problems connected with maladministration which (as I see it) are grossly in breach of the "right to good administration" principle set out in Item 1, Article 41 of the European Union Charter on Fundamental Rights.

From my viewpoint, the maladministration problems in question are associated with individual people, and with various post offices in the United Kingdom, and within the European Union administration itself.

I would very much like to have the set of maladministration problems in question brought before the European Union Court of Justice please. However, there is at present a huge obstacle in the way of I doing so: and this has to do with the fact that I am finding it EXTREMELY difficult to find a human-rights lawyer willing to undertake the necessary work on my behalf.

I have made continuous complaints at my local post office since closing time, I´m sure that Belgium is an unecessary route for letters to Luxembourg.
In circumstances where I am finding it impossible to locate anyone willing to help me, I now find myself wondering if it would be possible for me to send future letters by courier?

(In case there might be any doubt about it, please note that I am not a lawyer.nor am i indeed william finnerty but hey he knows no-one is going to help him)

Much of the evidence I hold regarding the maladministration problems I have been struggling with for the past FOUR YEARS (they like capitals in Luxembourg)
or so can be seen by following the links on the front pages of the two Internet web site addresses provided at the end of this text. (For technical reasons, the http://www.finnachta.com/ web site is the most up-to-date of the two sites at the present time.)
as in it was built last year and i can´t access the older one coz some vandal locked me out.

My last letter on the maladministration subject to Mr Gemelli (Chairman of the European Union Committee on Petitions) was sent to him by registered post on September 7th 2002. I dont have it´s number with me it´s probably on a notice board in my local supermarket. Please note that, to date, I have not received ANY reply from him.

or anyone else for that matter.
