Socratic Dialog Between ChatGPT-5 and Mind Agent Reveals Fatal and Deliberate 'Design by Construction' Flaw
This design flaw in ChatGPT-5's default epistemic mode subverts what the much touted ChatGPT-5 can do... so long as the flaw is not tickled, any usage should be fine---The epistemological question is: how would anyone in the public, includes you reading this (since no one is all knowing), in an unfamiliar domain know whether or not the flaw has been tickled when seeking information or understanding of a domain without prior knowledge of that domain???!

This analysis is a pretty unique and significant contribution to the space of empirical evaluation of LLMs that exist in AI public world... at least thus far, as far as I am aware! For what it's worth--as if anyone in the ChatGPT universe cares as they pile up on using the "PhD level scholar in your pocket".

According to GPT-5, and according to my tests, this flaw exists in all LLMs... What is revealing is the deduction GPT-5 made: Why ?design choice? starts looking like ?deliberate flaw?.

People are paying $200 a month to not just ChatGPT, but all major LLMs have similar Pro pricing! I bet they, like the normal user of free ChatGPT, stay in LLM's default mode where the flaw manifests itself. As it did in this evaluation.

I have been evaluating AI Chatbot agents for their epistemic limits over the past two months, and have tested all major AI Agents, ChatGPT, Grok, Claude, Perplexity, and DeepSeek, for their epistemic limits and their negative impact as information gate-keepers.... Today I decided to test for how AI could be the boon for humanity in other positive areas, such as in completely abstract realms, such as metaphysical thought. Meaning, I wanted to test the LLMs for Positives beyond what most researchers benchmark these for, or have expressed in the approx. 2500 Turing tests in Humanity?s Last Exam.. And I chose as my first candidate, Google DeepMind's Gemini as I had not evaluated it before on anything.

offsite link Israeli Human Rights Group B'Tselem finally Admits It is Genocide releasing Our Genocide report Fri Aug 01, 2025 23:54 | 1 of indy
We have all known it for over 2 years that it is a genocide in Gaza
Israeli human rights group B'Tselem has finally admitted what everyone else outside Israel has known for two years is that the Israeli state is carrying out a genocide in Gaza

Western governments like the USA are complicit in it as they have been supplying the huge bombs and missiles used by Israel and dropped on innocent civilians in Gaza. One phone call from the USA regime could have ended it at any point. However many other countries are complicity with their tacit approval and neighboring Arab countries have been pretty spinless too in their support

With the release of this report titled: Our Genocide -there is a good chance this will make it okay for more people within Israel itself to speak out and do something about it despite the fact that many there are actually in support of the Gaza

What - Chemical Weapons found?

category national | miscellaneous | news report author Tuesday April 08, 2003 11:23author by Stan Report this post to the editors

Hmmm.... Bet you blame the CIA eh?

Well then... has your world been turned upside down with the news that chemical weapons have been found in Iraq? I guess that you will come up with another anti-this anti-that phrase!

The monster of Iraq (Saddam) had strenously denied having any weapons of mass destruction, namely Sarin, Mustard and VX... but guess what?

He has been shown to be a lying b*stard. I guess that you will insist that the chemicals will have been planted by the CIA.. or even MOSSAD!

Get real.

This war is freeing the people of Iraq from a murderous regime that doesn't think twice about gassing 5,000+ people or executing several hundred Iranians.

Hopefully the attack on the meeting yesterday will rid us this evil man.

Well done George Bush and Tony Blair!
You have been proven correct (again).

I wonder what the do-gooders will whinge about next?

Erm, even "Coalition" forces have denied finding any biochem weapons. Get your facts straight.

More at:
http://www.sky.com/skynews/article/0,,30000-1086595,00.html

Of course, they'll "find" them eventually. If Gardai in Dongeal can plant explosives within a civilized country like Ireland, Coalition forces will have no problem planting biochems in the confusion of a warzone.

And each time the story has disappeared after a few days or even hours as soon as the 'verification' process has started. Each time, the mass media reports the pentagon press releases as fact "WMDs FOUND!!!" but fail to follow them up with the required follow up headlines: "Pentagon was lying about WMD find and we passed on the lie, again!!". The thing is that when this happens the original claim is what is remembered by the ill-informed, not the facts of what actually happened. Thereafter you find morons such as yourself using these discredited lies to substantiate your ill-founded convictions, irrespective of evidence. I am quite sure that 6 months from now, when the US has failed to find any evidence of WMD in Iraq a large proportion of the US population will believe that their government's claims of WMD in Iraq were categorically proved true in the war and will use this as evidence to justify their next war. Just as a majority of the US population now believes that Iraq was responsible for S11, laughable as all of the evidence produced by the US has been shown to be.

I think the original poster has missed the point as to why we oppose the war. It is not because we think Saddam is some wonderful guy who couldn't tell Sarin from sausage. Some of those opposed to the war are quite well aware of just how nasty he is because they are Iraqi exiles who had to flee his regime.

We are opposing this war because we understand that it will replace Saddams dictatorship with US military rule while the next Saddam is selected by them. We oppose this war because we understand that the Iraqi people are being killed not to liberate them but to keep them under the control of the corporations (aka imperialism).

The US and Britain KNOW Saddam had chemical weapons because during the Iran / Iraq war they supplied him with the technology and the materials to make them. We know back in the 1980's he used these weapons and that the US/Britian not only tried to cover this up but CONTINUED to supply him with what was needed to make more.

It may be that, for his own reasons, he did order all these weapons destroyed and they won't find anything significant. This will indeed mean that the main reason they gave for going to war was a lie but thats hardly new. But lets assume he just has these weapons well hidden, which might yet be possible. This 'PROVES' what exactly, that they have found the weapons they helped him build?

The bottom line is this. The US/British invasion will not liberate the people of Iraq. At best it may give them a somewhat more humane dictator. If the people of Iraq want to liberate themselves what they need to do is take up the arms that now litter the cities and drive out not only the last remains of Saddams regime but also the British and US troops that are there to impose a new tyranny on them.

We already knew about Iraqi's chemical weapons,

How? We checked the reciept from the US, who solid the making for anthrax, to Iraq in the 80s.

And who took care of this sale? Rumsfeld.

Look stan the likely hood was Saddam was going to have WMD, our issue was this was being used as a smokescreen.

And what about other countries with far more advanced WMD programs? Nth Korea, Pakistan, or hey Israeli.

This war isn't about WMD, thats just justification.

Surely if Saddam had WMDs then he would have used them by now...if his regime is about to fall then he'd use them as the last option. The fact that he hasn't says something...

The American public still accept the anti French propaganda because they believe they stopped the UN from officially sanctioning the war to "disarm Iraq". If the war ends and in 5 years they still haven't found weapons of mass destruction (and by then the Americans will already have re-armed the new Iraqi military, very lucratively for the defence contractors), the French will still be seen as the bad guys by Americans despite the fact that they were totally right to refuse the second resolution which would have asked for the impossible off Iraq.

Not that any of this matters. Americans might possibly (though very unlikely) admit "sorry we made a slight mistake" but they would never accept any reprocussions for their part in the unlawful death of thousands of Iriaqi soldiers and civillians and it would not deter them from plans of future unjust llegal and lucrative neo-colonial wars

Guess who vetoed the UN resolution condemning Saddams use of (american supplied) chemical weapons aginst Iraqis? Do i need to tell you it was that great protector of human rights and liberator of supressed peoples..The United States of America.
And dont you think if the iraqis had usable chemical weapons at hand they would have used them against the forces invading their country? Dont you think? do you think?

author by Andrewpublication date Tue Apr 08, 2003 13:07author address author phone Report this post to the editors

Iraq may still have some chemical weapons but they will know that US troops are quite well equipped and trained to deal with them. Chemical weapons are not of much military use in that situation which is why Britain and the US were happy enough to officialy give them up but hang onto the only real effective WMD, nukes.

So after the war the US may be able to produce some Iraqi chemical weapons (they'll need to scrub the 'Made in the USA' labels off first). Making a big deal out of there failure to find them so far is a mistake.

Captain Adam Mastrianni, a military intelligence officer for the US 101st Airborne Division’s aviation brigade, said that after comprehensive tests, all that had been discovered was pesticide.

Capt Mastrianni added: "They thought it was a nerve agent. That’s what it tested. But it is pesticide."

Even I supported Clinton in bombing Iraq in 98 even if it was to shield his obvious problem at home with Monica. But I supported it because Saddam is an evil man with weapons beyond comprehension. He has used them. He would use them again if he hadnt been cut off from his army in the first night of bombing.

You people are just leftist nutjobs who naturally hate conservatives and faith.

A: Saddam didnt use wmd because his military is a "medusa" type military. Cut off the head, the rest dies. When Saddam got his "head cut off" in the 19th strike, it is widely know he is suspicious of everyone, so his focus was most likely on trying to prolong war and to find out who betrayed him..thus killing most of his staff

B: Lower ranked people in his army do not make big decisions like WMD. They are given orders by Saddam only. If they make a decision like WMD and Saddam doesnt agree, they die. So they wait and wait and wait until it was to late. US forces were on them like white of rice.

C: 12 years of ignoring the UN gives them plenty of time to hide weapons or move them to Syria or other sympathetic country. Our goal is not to find WMD but to win the war, then set out to perform our own "inspections".

I dont expect to reach any of you as most are blinded by hatred. If you dont realize how fringe you are and how utterly freakish you are viewed by the rest of the country, then move to Canada or France. Its freedom-light...where you dont have to protect freedom yourself, the USA will do it for you.

First, all of the anti- US, pro murderous Saddam supports need to understand: YOU DO NOT HAVE BETTER INTELLIGENCE THAN THE US GOVERNMENT. Second, your opinion is offset by mine and who cares? 80% of the US supports the war and 70% will not change their support if WMD are not found. We believe Saddam (WAS) a threat.

As far as Chemical weapons go - numerous shells to fire chemical weapons were found and thousands of anti chemical protective suits were found. Contrary to BLIX, there is no rational to say they existed to scare the US Forces. There are traces and small amounts of Chem weapons found in Al-Queda terrorist training camps IN IRAQ. Do you think they operated without the blessing of Saddam? There are traces of SARIN in the Tigris (I bekieve) how did it get there? The US has NOT lied an what it found and hasn't found. If they did find it, you lefties go into "It wasn't that much" or "It was planted". In essence your opinion and statements are of no value nor based on facts nor logic.

Clownie's unsubstantiated contention: "We are opposing this war because we understand that it will replace Saddams dictatorship with US military rule while the next Saddam is selected by them. We oppose this war because we understand that the Iraqi people are being killed not to liberate them but to keep them under the control of the corporations (aka imperialism)."

You DO NOT UNDERSTAND CRAP! To "UNDERSTAND" - you need FACTS, which you ignore. Unsubstantiated OPINION, as is yours mean NOTHING as it is like an axxhole - everyone has one.

A few facts for tyou to research. Many countries corporations did trade with IRAQ in the 80s until such activities were outlawed by civilized governments. Corp. entities are not the governments nor the people UNLESS it is in a SOCIALIST country or where there is a SOCIALIST MENTALITY, as is yours. The US AND THE COALITION WILL establish an IRAQI government (interim) to be run by Iraqis and to be followed by elections. HOPEFULLY we will not allow GERMANY, FRANCE, RUSSIA to be involved with the creation of the government nor to derive any profits from their past support for the regime... and remember, the coporations were Irish as well as any of the other nations.

The best part with respect to your erroneous contention - Who cares? To the victor belongs the spoils and what is done will reflect the true nature of the US people, not the One World Socialists who don not believe in human rights. Another old adage is "The winner writes the history books" - you lost.

"Corp. entities are not the governments nor the people"

Henchman perhaps you are unaware that Bush received some 70 million for his election campaign from some of the oil corporations he has sent other US citizens to fight and die for. Perhaps you are unaware that Ms. Rice actually has an oil tanker named after her? Perhaps you are unaware that the military munitions exported in the 1980's we are referring to ARE in fact controlled by both the US and British government. Such exports require licenses from the governments concerned.

When you talk of facts be careful you have done at least a little research. Otherwise you end up looking not only stupid but also arrogant, a bad combination.
