Socratic Dialog Between ChatGPT-5 and Mind Agent Reveals Fatal and Deliberate 'Design by Construction' Flaw
This design flaw in ChatGPT-5's default epistemic mode subverts what the much touted ChatGPT-5 can do... so long as the flaw is not tickled, any usage should be fine---The epistemological question is: how would anyone in the public, includes you reading this (since no one is all knowing), in an unfamiliar domain know whether or not the flaw has been tickled when seeking information or understanding of a domain without prior knowledge of that domain???!

This analysis is a pretty unique and significant contribution to the space of empirical evaluation of LLMs that exist in AI public world... at least thus far, as far as I am aware! For what it's worth--as if anyone in the ChatGPT universe cares as they pile up on using the "PhD level scholar in your pocket".

According to GPT-5, and according to my tests, this flaw exists in all LLMs... What is revealing is the deduction GPT-5 made: Why ?design choice? starts looking like ?deliberate flaw?.

People are paying $200 a month to not just ChatGPT, but all major LLMs have similar Pro pricing! I bet they, like the normal user of free ChatGPT, stay in LLM's default mode where the flaw manifests itself. As it did in this evaluation.

Evaluating Semantic Reasoning Capability of AI Chatbot on Ontologically Deep Abstract (bias neutral) Thought
I have been evaluating AI Chatbot agents for their epistemic limits over the past two months, and have tested all major AI Agents, ChatGPT, Grok, Claude, Perplexity, and DeepSeek, for their epistemic limits and their negative impact as information gate-keepers.... Today I decided to test for how AI could be the boon for humanity in other positive areas, such as in completely abstract realms, such as metaphysical thought. Meaning, I wanted to test the LLMs for Positives beyond what most researchers benchmark these for, or have expressed in the approx. 2500 Turing tests in Humanity?s Last Exam.. And I chose as my first candidate, Google DeepMind's Gemini as I had not evaluated it before on anything.

We have all known it for over 2 years that it is a genocide in Gaza
Israeli human rights group B'Tselem has finally admitted what everyone else outside Israel has known for two years is that the Israeli state is carrying out a genocide in Gaza

Western governments like the USA are complicit in it as they have been supplying the huge bombs and missiles used by Israel and dropped on innocent civilians in Gaza. One phone call from the USA regime could have ended it at any point. However many other countries are complicity with their tacit approval and neighboring Arab countries have been pretty spinless too in their support

With the release of this report titled: Our Genocide -there is a good chance this will make it okay for more people within Israel itself to speak out and do something about it despite the fact that many there are actually in support of the Gaza

US to move NATO ...to Ireland?

category national | miscellaneous | news report author Sunday May 18, 2003 08:54author by James McKennaauthor email jimmymac61 at hotmal dot com Report this post to the editors

Belgium no longer safe for US War Criminals

It is no longer possible for US General Tommy Franks to attend NATO meetings in Belgium as he and another high ranking US soldier are charged with War Crimes comitted in Iraq . NATO must now move it's meetings until they can pressurise the Belgium government to drop the charges.

Under Belgium's 1993 legislation on war crimes and genocide , "universal competence" makes it possible to charge anyone anywhere for crimes against humanity no matter where they were comitted.

The charges against Franks are mainly that during the invasion of Iraq he ordered the bombing of civilian areas, the use of cluster bombs on civilian areas, indiscriminate shooting, and failure to prevent the looting of hospitals. A US marine colonel is also charged with ordering attacks on ambulances .

So, the top military man in the US is on the run from Belgium. Not only that but unless pressure can be brought on the new Belgium government, which is to be elected today, to drop this law a great many more such cases will be brought against a whole range of military and political people from across the world who had a part in the invasion of Iraq.

Diplomats as well as military people from many contries must now avoid Belgium for fear of ending up in prison. People like Mary Harney might like to avoid the Belgian chocolate factory fact finding fatten-ups as she was foremost among the Irish conspirators in these war crimes, all the time shouting the praises of the US and their "war". Time to "walk the walk " Mary. There's the plank!

Perhaps that will put the government off offering Ireland as a site for the new NATO offices or maybe it will encourage them. I suppose they will wait and see what the "opinion polls" tell them what to do!

We could build a nice big complex in Shannon for NATO . Think of all the lovely dollars.......yum yum, slurp, slurp!

Misleading headline. There is no evidence anywhere except from James's mind that there is any plan to move NATO to Ireland.

IMC editors, when are you going to stop this stream of material that's just discrediting the site? It only plays into the hands of our enemies. When it comes down to it, every fantasy of James "the moon landing was a fake" McKenna is calculated to harm the reputation of Indymedia.ie.

"Diplomats as well as military people from many contries must now avoid Belgium for fear of ending up in prison"

NO -- you've got it silly wrong. They must avoid Belgium to prevent a "diplomatic incident" or worse. You are treating this as if it were some kind of game. But this isn't a sports field where the players get up again when the refs blow their whistles. Dead is dead.

What do you imagine the internal politics of the US is like? What do you imagine would happen if the Belgians DID do something like arrest Franks? Do you really think it would stop at renaming Beligan waffles?

Look, I am NOT at all as sure as you seem to be that the US rulers do not intend to "break" with "Old Europe". They might figure that if the US pulled out all the old animosities would swiftly come to the fore and "you" would soon be at each other's throats like in the old days. Hey, a European arms race might be good for US business.

That's a great idea. We are looking for reliable allies, not corrupt and hypocritical ones like Chirac and his lickspittle satellite, Belgium.

Shannon would be great, or Cork.

As we watch futility of pointless warmongering in far off foreigh soils, fighting terrorism in the wrong countries, flatenning afghanistans war weary peasants and carpet bombing already half dead iraqis whilst all along the all elusive alciaeda network is right under our noses, hiding in the bosoms of one of Herr Bushs closest dog eat dog ultra capitalist allies the Saudis. It would be worthwhile asking someone to carry the can for the gross stupidity of waging war in the wrong countries. The likes of General pinochet would've been wise not to touch down in the UK, to be arrested for war crimes. It's good to see that France and belgium are out of bounds for stupidly insane war criminals,we can't have it both ways, if Slobadon milosevic can face prosecution for illegal warmongering, so should the likes of Tommy Franks. Like General Pinochet, whose past gross war criminality caught up with him, to slap him round the chops. So eventually somebody will have to be brought to account legally for pointless warmongering and the resultant pointless loss of civillian and military personnel lives through stupidly waging war in the wrong countries.

US Gen Tommy Franks resigns!
by MSNBC/AFP Thu, May 22 2003, 5:23pm

As a deal is cut in Belgium to transfer his warcrimes case to US prosecutors, the top US military commander resigns.

WASHINGTON, May 22 — Army Gen. Tommy Franks, who orchestrated the U.S. military campaign against Iraq, has decided to retire, Pentagon officials told NBC News on Thursday.

http://www.msnbc.com/news/916898.asp?0cv=CB10

AFP. 21 May 2003. Tommy Franks case to be appealed to Belgium's council of state.

BRUSSELS -- The lawyer seeking to have the commander of the US forces in Iraq tried for alleged war crimes on Wednesday attacked the Belgian government for passing the case over to US prosecutors.

Jan Fermon claimed the decision to refer charges against General Tommy Franks, commander of the US and British forces in the military intervention to overthrow Saddam Hussein, to the other side of the Atlantic was illegal and said he would take the affair to the country's Council of State.

"At the beginning of next week (I shall seek) the suspension and then the cancellation of this decision from the Council of State," Fermon, who represents 17 Iraqis and two Jordanians, told AFP.

Belgium's "universal competence" law allows charges for alleged war crimes to be brought regardless of where they took place.

The charges against Franks allege that US troops in Iraq fired on ambulances, did not show due care in avoiding civilian casualties and failed to safeguard Iraq's cultural heritage.

But on Tuesday the Belgian governmment decided to pass the case to US prosecutors on the advice of the federal prosecutor's office, where the suit was filed last week.

It was the first time the Belgian government had used the powers conferred on it by recent changes to the law to transfer cases to the jurisdiction of the country of origin of the accused individual if it was satisfied he would be fairly treated.

But Fermon argued that the Belgian government, which resigned following last Sunday's general election and is supposed to be operating as a caretaker administration, had no reason to act with such speed.

Furthermore, he argued, such an intervention was in absolute contradiction of the elementary principle of the separation of powers and he accused the Belgian government of "capitulating" to US pressure.

The United States had demanded that the Belgian government move to dismiss the case.

Some 30 current or former political leaders are facing legal action under the law, including Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon and former US president George Bush.
