Peace Activists In Court Tommorrow

Belfast City Hall Protest

4 peace activists arrested at City Hall during protests at Blair/Bushs' war/'peace' summit are in court tommorrow Thur 12th June 10am.

This will be their third court appearance in relation to the charges of 'obstructive sitting' & for some 'resisting arrest'. On both previous occassions the DPP had not produced any evidence.

A further 2 activists arrested at the same event on the same charges are in court on Thur 26th 10am (Judge refused Lawyers request to have all defendants trail heard together).


Come along to Laganside Court & show your support

On Mon 30th 10am the Trial of those arrested in Hillsborough continues. Come along to Lisburn Magistrate Court (situated right next to the train station) & show your support.

Martin & Jenny had their cases adjourned today until June 2nd.

The four peace activists on trial in Belfast had their case adjourned once again today in Belfast Magistrates court.

One persons to the 26th of June & the remaining three on the 7th of August.

Please make an effort to come & show support.

The Jenny and Martin a.k.a. the "potato ploughshares" are up for mention before the delightful judge Mangan for their impressive breach of security.
Eamonn Murphy is up again - i think for breach of a ban. This time he has a solicitor.

2 Catholic Workers - Martin & Jenny - in Shannon court this Thursday for Good Friday potato planting. This will probably be a mention with the case taking place on the 26th.

A solidarity vigil will be held outside GPO O'Connel St. Dublin 9 a.m. - 11 a.m. Thursday
