GOLDHAWK hovers over Galway District Court.

category galway | rights, freedoms and repression | news report author Friday October 06, 2006 16:27author by Louise Gaffney Report this post to the editors

Phoenix magazine give substantial coverage to the trial of Owen Rice.

Recommended reading and keepsake for all political and human rights activists.

In the current issue of Phoenix, the investigative magazine, Goldhawk has turned his gaze towards and given substantial coverage to the trial of Oween Rice, reported on Indymedia, September 5 and September 26 , 2006.

The magazine reports upon the behaviour of presiding judge May Fahy, and the antics and abuse of process that took place in the courtroom. The significance of the piece, is that the paper media have ignored this trial and the appalling behaviour of the judge.

Goldhawk intends to follow the case .

A strongly recommended keepsake for human rights activists.

The Judiciary are now on trial for a change. As they should be.
Can you imagine , as a Judge , facing fifty or so People putting 'on the recorrd' your very utterances?

Interesting that The Village did not cover this exclusive.
Of course , I forgot. Mr.Browne is a member of British Accreditation Research , the Bar.
