Ach ag an am cheanna aontaiom le Vincent Brown mar a scriobh se san Irish Times inniu gur votail 70% don tir do Fianna Fail/Fine Gael so ni feidir a ra gur thainig aon "Green mandate" on phobail no gur choir do Fianna Fail toill na Ghlasaigh a dheanamh. Le chur le sin seans maith go nglacfaidh baill an Comhaontais Ghlas (CG) leis an deal ag an gcruinniu inniu rud a chiallionn nar threig da mbaill a bheas ann muna fhaigheann siad reiteach ar na habhar thuas. Da bhri sin nior threig an CG an moramh 70% a votail do partaithe an eite dheis agus ma ghlacann a bhaill leis an deal nior threig siad iadsan ach oiread. Fagann sin an cheist faoi ,ce go direach a threig an CG ma scaoileann siad leis an habhar thuas? An eite cle?
Bhfuel, beidh se suimiul sonrai an cruinniu a chloisteail nios deanai!! Ach ta aifeala orm mura fuaradh reiteach ar na rudai thuas le linn an idirbheartaiocht a bhi ar siul nach ndeanfai faic futhu anois...
Tá an ceart agat faoin 70% a fuair ‘Fianna Gael,’ ní féidir leis an Lucht Oibre nó SF gearán a dhéanamh faoi ‘dhíoladh amach‘ óir déanfaidís margadh le FF nó FG dá bhféadfaidís.
De réir dealraimh áfach bhí phobalbhreith ann inár dhúirt 70% de dhaoine in Éirinn go raibh siad ar son an M3 a athrú, (http://tarawatch.org/?p=185), ní hé nach mbeadh tacaíocht ón bpobal ag na Glasaigh dá sheasfaidís an fód, bheadh sé éasca ar FF chomh maith ‘aghaidh’ a shábháil sa chás seo, trí Lismullen a úsáid mar leithscéal chun an bealach a athrú.
(Ní béarlachas é ‘aghaidh’ dála an scéil, sin an focal a d'úsáid na Gael sna meán-aoiseanna!)
Tá Teamhair tréigthe nó b'fhearr a ráit caite ar leataobh ag na Glasaigh. Nach rómhór an náire. Seo deis nach mbeidh ann an dara huair. Nuair a thógfar an mótarbhealach ní bhainfear amach arís é, tá fhios sin ag an saol mór.
Bhuel seo duine amháin a bhíodh ag vótáil do na Glasaigh agus nach vótálfaidh dóibh róghasta a thuilleadh.
Fan tamall. Má fhaghainn siad an aireacht cheart beidh siad in ann an bóthar á bhoghadh ... fan tamall. Níl sé thart go fóill .....
agus ní glasach mise!
Tá eagla orm, a Mhuirinn, nach bhfuil an tionchar ag na Glasaigh a shíleann siad féin a bheith acu.
Tá an rialtas réitithe sa dóigh is go dtig le FF leanstan leo fiú má éiríonn na Glasaigh as.
Tá go leor teachtaithe ag Bertie leis na teachtaithe neamhspleácha agus leis an PD.
Sin an chiall a bhí aige le "stability."
Is mór an trua é ach níor chóir dó seo cur isteach ar an obair iontach atá ar bun agaibh ansin.
Seasaigí an fód ar son na Teamhrach!
Níl ag an gComhaontas Glas ach 6 TDanna i gcomparáid le 78 TDanna Fhianna Fáil cé go raibh iarrthóir amháin ar a laghad acu i ngach Dáilcheantair an iarraidh seo. B'shin é toil na ndaoine. Caithfear glacadh leis sin. Ní raibh Fine Gael sasta dul i gcomhrialtais le Sinn Féin. Is fearr i bhfad a bheith sa rialtais ná a bheidh ar an taobh amuigh gan tionchar ar bith, gan cumhacht ar bith, chun ar a laghad roinnt de na polaisithe a chuir i bhfeidhm. Ní raibh an Comhaontas Glas chuile polasaí a bhí acu a chuir i bhfeidhm le 1/14ú de chomhrialtais.
I was down at the Dail today, and spotted this one all decked out in purple, going on about Tara. She had purple coat, purple blouse, purple shoes. She even had purple hair. I was just wondering if this was the Return of the Purple Goddess and if Indymedia missed a big story?
Roche order paves way for Tara road
Tim O'Brien and Mark Hennessy
Irish Times
Friday, June 15, 2007
Motorway: The former minister for the environment, Dick Roche, has
signed an order for the "preservation by record" of a
recently-discovered historic monument at Lismullen, Co Meath, on the
route of the proposed M3.
In one of his final acts in office, Mr Roche on Tuesday decided that
the prehistoric henge found at Lismullen should be photographed,
sketched and measured before the motorway goes through the site.
Last night, the Department of the Environment said the order complied
with advice from the National Museum and could not be reversed by the
incoming Green Party Minister for the Environment, John Gormley.
"The order was signed on Tuesday but it was decided not to issue a
press release at that point because there was so much else going on," a
spokesman for the department said last night.
Conservation campaigner Vincent Salafia said his group, Tara Watch,
would sue the new Government over the move in a bid to halt the
construction of the M3.
The prehistoric circular henge monument at Lismullen was discovered
earlier this year, leading conservationists to claim it supported their
contention that the Hill of Tara archaeological complex also included
the Gabhra Valley area.
Confirming that he had given directions regarding the preservation by
record of the site at Lismullen, Mr Roche said his instructions had
been issued "during the week". He said the instructions had been made
with the advice of the National Museum.
He had accepted a recommendation from the museum director, Dr Pat
Wallace, that a committee be established to ensure the monument gets
the fullest possible attention and is excavated to the highest
standard. The directions issued by Mr Roche require the National Roads
Authority to "fully excavate and record that part of the national
monument located within the land-take for M3 approved road
development" .

There have to be three ministers present for secrets to be archived, I think.
