Irish Embassy Targeted, Berlin

category international | environment | news report author Monday September 08, 2008 12:50author by gegarith Report this post to the editors

Irish Embassy in Berlin targeted in solidarity with those fighting against Rossport pipeline.

On Sunday 7th September, the doors of the Irish Embassy in Berlin were glued shut and graffiti was left saying "Shell Out of Rossport" and "No Pipeline". This action was taken in solidarity with those fighting the laying of the pipeline in Rossport and those fighting the destruction of life by governments and corporations everywhere.

Thanks to whoever for glueing the doors shut on that misrepresentative mission purporting to be from Ireland! Another Team Ireland Inc. asset tagged with the truth about the destruction of Erris and the Great Gas Robbery. There's about another fifty or so about the planet, so get busy out there folks! more power to your 10ml tubes!

PS - any photos?

Great action - thanks a million.

The Great Gas Robbery is the shameful secret of 21st Century Ireland - as were the Industrial Schools, Magdalene Laundries etc in the 20th.

Please continue to get this out of the closet internationally - Official Ireland, despite its so-called 'maturity' still thinks that a message coming from 'outside' carries more clout than the exact same message coming from nth Mayo.

Thanks again.
