Unlike Jeremy Corbyn, Keir Starmer has never described Hezbollah as his friends. But other than that, when it comes to Israel there is now little of consequence to differentiate them, says Stephen Pollard.

Is the 'Muslim vote' set to abandon Labour? With three quarters of British Muslims refusing to believe Hamas committed atrocities on October 7th, it's hard to see how Labour can retain them, says Frank Haviland.

The 13-hour event will be held on Saturday, February 7th at Temple Bar’s Cultivate Centre. Most workshops run for 1 ½ hours each and for those who still have energy left, the day will be capped with a Céilí called by Jimmy Brennan for all in attendance.

Marie Vahey, who attended one of Cultivate’s Health & Yoga Days, the model for this event, remarked that “it's fantastic value for money and perfect for people thinking of taking up something new.”

Participants can enjoy the craziness and beauty of Swing, the sensual interaction and rhythmic footwork of Tango, a journey from flowing to staccato, chaos to stillness, of the 5Rhythms and the gyrations of Bellydance. They can get more grounded with martial styles that include Capoeira and Tai Chi or be uplifted by Indian Classical or Shamanic Dance. These are just some of the choices to be made to get the year started on the right foot.

The workshop programme can be found and tickets purchased at www.cultivate.ie or by phoning 01 674 5773.

Cultivate is a sustainable living and learning centre dedicated to inspiring healthy, balanced and creative cultural change while providing access to the knowledge and tools to cultivate sustainable lifestyles and resilient communities. Kick-Start is run at Cultivate and co-sponsored by Tango Essence as part of Cultivate’s strategy for emphasising sustaining the individual in a sustainable environment.
