Deliberate Design Flaw In ChatGPT-5 Sun Aug 17, 2025 08:04 | Mind Agent
Socratic Dialog Between ChatGPT-5 and Mind Agent Reveals Fatal and Deliberate 'Design by Construction' Flaw
This design flaw in ChatGPT-5's default epistemic mode subverts what the much touted ChatGPT-5 can do... so long as the flaw is not tickled, any usage should be fine---The epistemological question is: how would anyone in the public, includes you reading this (since no one is all knowing), in an unfamiliar domain know whether or not the flaw has been tickled when seeking information or understanding of a domain without prior knowledge of that domain???!
This analysis is a pretty unique and significant contribution to the space of empirical evaluation of LLMs that exist in AI public world... at least thus far, as far as I am aware! For what it's worth--as if anyone in the ChatGPT universe cares as they pile up on using the "PhD level scholar in your pocket".
According to GPT-5, and according to my tests, this flaw exists in all LLMs... What is revealing is the deduction GPT-5 made: Why ?design choice? starts looking like ?deliberate flaw?.
People are paying $200 a month to not just ChatGPT, but all major LLMs have similar Pro pricing! I bet they, like the normal user of free ChatGPT, stay in LLM's default mode where the flaw manifests itself. As it did in this evaluation.
AI Reach: Gemini Reasoning Question of God Sat Aug 02, 2025 20:00 | Mind Agent
Evaluating Semantic Reasoning Capability of AI Chatbot on Ontologically Deep Abstract (bias neutral) Thought
I have been evaluating AI Chatbot agents for their epistemic limits over the past two months, and have tested all major AI Agents, ChatGPT, Grok, Claude, Perplexity, and DeepSeek, for their epistemic limits and their negative impact as information gate-keepers.... Today I decided to test for how AI could be the boon for humanity in other positive areas, such as in completely abstract realms, such as metaphysical thought. Meaning, I wanted to test the LLMs for Positives beyond what most researchers benchmark these for, or have expressed in the approx. 2500 Turing tests in Humanity?s Last Exam.. And I chose as my first candidate, Google DeepMind's Gemini as I had not evaluated it before on anything.
Israeli Human Rights Group B'Tselem finally Admits It is Genocide releasing Our Genocide report Fri Aug 01, 2025 23:54 | 1 of indy
We have all known it for over 2 years that it is a genocide in Gaza
Israeli human rights group B'Tselem has finally admitted what everyone else outside Israel has known for two years is that the Israeli state is carrying out a genocide in Gaza
Western governments like the USA are complicit in it as they have been supplying the huge bombs and missiles used by Israel and dropped on innocent civilians in Gaza. One phone call from the USA regime could have ended it at any point. However many other countries are complicity with their tacit approval and neighboring Arab countries have been pretty spinless too in their support
With the release of this report titled: Our Genocide -there is a good chance this will make it okay for more people within Israel itself to speak out and do something about it despite the fact that many there are actually in support of the Gaza
China?s CITY WIDE CASH SEIZURES Begin ? ATMs Frozen, Digital Yuan FORCED Overnight Wed Jul 30, 2025 21:40 | 1 of indy
This story is unverified but it is very instructive of what will happen when cash is removed
THIS STORY IS UNVERIFIED BUT PLEASE WATCH THE VIDEO OR READ THE TRANSCRIPT AS IT GIVES AN VERY GOOD IDEA OF WHAT A CASHLESS SOCIETY WILL LOOK LIKE. And it ain't pretty
A single video report has come out of China claiming China's biggest cities are now cashless, not by choice, but by force. The report goes on to claim ATMs have gone dark, vaults are being emptied. And overnight (July 20 into 21), the digital yuan is the only currency allowed.

World Kindness Day is Just Another Way of Grooming Schoolchildren into the Climate and Open Border C... Sat Nov 22, 2025 07:00 | Steven Tucker
World Kindness Day may have passed you by. But it won't have passed by your children, whose school will have been sure to teach that climate action and open borders are essential elements of 'kindness', says Steven Tucker.

Read what happened when an Extinction Rebellion meeting was disrupted by a protester. Seems they can give it out but have no intention of putting up with it themselves.

Are the Grooming Gangs a Muslim Phenomenon? Fri Nov 21, 2025 15:00 | Mark Durie
First they were 'Asian' grooming gangs, then 'Pakistani'. But the most important thing to grasp is that almost all of them ? 87% of convictions ? are Muslim, says Mark Durie. This must not be covered up.

Jump To Comment: 1 2 3 4 5 6The police might be planning to keep us from Shannon. Our rights are worthless to them. But we must not be supressed. Everyone must come to Shannon and uphold our rights.
Its amazing that so many people are willing to let our rights be trampled on. Where are the SWP and SP when we need them? Sitting down to tea with the guards and making joint plans for well stewarded marches. Looks like its up to the rest of us to protect what little we have. Shannon is the battleground for our rights.
Interesting details from today's piece in the IT
1) The IAWM/SWP and the various paper tigers of PANA and the Mostly-Governmental Organisations Peace Alliance declared that they will agree to any conditions for their protests that the gardai impose on them.
2) Brendan Butler chose to have a not-very-subtle dig at the other protests that are happening during the Bush visit. I don't remember the exact wording but it went something like this: "We believe in marshalling. We believe in a peaceful way and we do not get involved in groups who are involved in any violent way."
Now this might appear reasonable if there existed any groups in Ireland that did have a history of protesting in a violent way - there are NONE. Brendan Butler is enthusiastically weighing in on the side of the state in its attempt to paint anybody who doesn't follow the orders of the SWP as 'violent' despite the fact that there is no evidence or history of any violence at any anti-war protest in Ireland. Why are some of the anti-war crowd so happy to spread lies about other anti-war groups?
Brendan Butler joins the anti-war hall of shame. Happy to co-operate with the Gardia, happy to slander other protestors in the mass media without any attempt to contact them whatsoever.
Brendan Butler needs to retract his public statements refering to the Catholic Workers "assaulting & hospitalising a member of the Gardai". A lie initiated by 2 Government ministers, repeated by Butler and rejected by the Gardai press officer statement on the day of the CW5 disarmament at Shannon.
There has not been a public retraction by Butler (and he has had the opportunity to do it at least on talk back radio) and the 2 ministers of this libel that was rejected by the Gardai Press Officer. The slander and its repetition did it's job of muddying the waters and isolating the CW5. They seem to have been playing catch up ever since.
Thanks to whoever wrote the last posting, and for the support in regard to slanderous allegations made about our action. These allegations actually started out with Cathy Halloran on RTE as far as I know, and Brendan Butler, amongst others, appeared to swallow it whole. To be fair, Richard Boyd Barrett didn't condemn our action in the same way - he refused to do so on RTE when challenged.
Even the guards put a statement on their web site stating that there had been no assault and no hospitalisation of a guard, but by that point the people who had repeated the lie had done a fair amount of damage. Whether one agrees with ploughshares actions or not - and people are entitled to disagree - there is no justification for the repetition of unsubstantiated and untrue statements.
To be honest, I have no interest in gaining the esteem of the type of people who try to stereotype anyone who engages in nonviolent civil disobedience as somehow violent and/or deviant. I find it incredibly petty in the context of the carnage inflicted on people in Iraq. It's not as if people don't think serious actions through deeply and for a long time before doing them, weighing up the pros and cons.
I also find certain people's consistent desire that protests be celebratory family parties akin to the Teddy Bear's Picnic to be rather reductive of the issues at stake in global geopolitics right now. George Bush and his administration are dangerous people. It's wondeful if families go on protests, but why also encourage people to act as though they're not concerned about policies which lead to escalating cycles of global violence? It's great to have a carnival atmosphere, but it jars a little when the "nice day out" is pushed more than the actual issues at stake.
Butler is paid to be ineffectual, co-dependent and subservient to the state. Along with the SWP they are "the legitimate voice of dissent".
Word has it that the Trots pulled a swift one on PANA & NGOPA. The Point gig was Butler's initial idea and a 3 way split was planned. Until IAWM secured Christy Moore than as Paul said to John, George and Ringo "the pasrt is/was over". IAWM went on to blow 10 grand booking the point and that is the state of the left in Ireland.
