Since October 2008, AIMS Ireland has been corresponding with Prof Brendan Drumm, HSE CEO to highlight the issue of consent-related practices within Irish maternity hospitals. AIMSI has repeatedly called on Prof Drumm and the HSE to review service user consent policy in Irish maternity services and for the creation and implementation of National Guidelines for Clinical Practice in Maternity Care . Buried within capital is the state –state capital. As capital develops the state issues out of it.
